Coach Wiseman Named Wolverine Conference Coach of the Year

Congratulations go out to Chad Wiseman for being named the 2008 Wolverine High School Conference Coach of the year for women’s soccer. 

Coach Wiseman is the women’s varsity coach at Plainwell high school.  This is quite an achievement on top of an impressive coaching resume.

KINGDOM RESERVES U14 and U15 BOYS TEAMS TAKE FIRST PLACE IN PREMIER 1

Kingdom Reserves U14 & U15 Boys Teams Capture 1st Place Victories in Michigan’s Top Playing Division, Premier 1

     Sunday, June 8 marked the end of the regular playing season for both the U14 and U15 boy’s teams; both coached by Chad Wiseman, and clinched both teams placement as #1 in the top playing division of the Michigan State Premier League, Premier 1.   The U14 boys ended their season with an outstanding 22 goals for and only gave up 5 goals, the best in their league.  The U15 boys scored the most goals with 15 and only gave up 8 goals in their league.  The U14 boys started their spring season by being runner up at the Western Michigan University indoor tournament then being runner-up at the Memorial Day’s Chicago Magic’s Best of the Midwest tournament and now winning Premier 1.  The U15 boys  won the early spring Western Michigan University indoor tournament then becoming the Champions at the Best of the Midwest tournament and now winning Premier 1. 

     Both teams worked extremely hard to achieve these accomplishments.  Coach Chad Wiseman could not be prouder, as he had told both teams early on that his goal was for both teams to win Premier 1.  Well done.

KINGDOM U15 BOYS TAKE FIRST PLACE IN THE 2008 SPRING BEST OF THE MIDWEST TOURNAMENT

The Kingdom Reserve U15 boys, coached by Chad Wiseman had an excellent showing at the Chicago Magic’s Best of Midwest tournament over Memorial Day weekend.  In pool play, the team finished first in their bracket by winning all three of their games.  By winning they then advanced to the finals against the Scott Gallagher Premier Soccer Academy out of St. Louis, MO.   The game ended in a tie, resulting in a penalty kick shoot out.  At the end of round 1, the teams were again tied.  The Kingdom boys won the tournament on the sixth kicker.  Great job to all of the team and Congratulations Coach Wiseman.
